AvOpsIQ checks maintenance, pilot authority, defects and bookings together for VH, RAAus and experimental aircraft — and tells you which one stands in the way. Where a record is missing or unclear the answer is review required, never a pass.
Maintenance and runout
Record what was done and when. Next due and time remaining are worked out from your records every time you ask — by hours, by calendar, whichever comes first.
Pilot readiness and authority
Medical and flight review currency, and whether a pilot is approved for that particular aircraft. An approval on file is not the same as an approval in force today.
Defects
Raise, track and clear defects with the evidence attached. A defect that stops a flight is shown as exactly that, not buried in a list.
Availability and bookings
Plan who is taking which aircraft and when, on a fleet calendar and a shared operations board. A booking records intent; it is never an authorisation to fly.
Document intake
Upload maintenance releases, invoices, bulletins and logbook pages. Figures read from a document are held as proposals for you to check before anything is recorded.
Airworthiness monitoring
Watch published airworthiness directives and service bulletins from allowlisted sources and see which of your aircraft may be affected, for your review.
Readiness decision support
For a specific aircraft, pilot and flight you get one of three answers — authorised, review required, or not authorised — with the reason in plain words.
Recorded, and yours alone
Each consequential check is stored with the facts it used. Your aircraft, pilots, maintenance and defects are visible only to your operator.
The beta
- Up to 2 aircraft per beta operator.
- Multiple pilots per aircraft.
- The initial beta is free for 6 months, with a possible extension at the founder's discretion.
- Your normal aircraft records, maintenance release and required checks remain the operational source of truth throughout the beta. AvOpsIQ assists with them; it does not replace them.
AvOpsIQ is an operational decision-support and records system. This result is calculated from information supplied by your operator. It does not replace the pilot in command, the maintainer, CASA or RAAus requirements, or the need to verify source records.
AvOpsIQ is a decision-support tool. It is not approved, endorsed or certified by any aviation authority, and it does not replace the aircraft's maintenance release, logbooks, approved maintenance data or the responsibilities held by the operator, the pilot in command and the maintenance organisation.
